Delta Distribution is currently looking for a result-oriented, passionate and enthusiastic person to fill the vacant position of HPE Sales Manager (in B2B sector) in Armenia. As a Sales Manager his/ her main responsibility will be to drive the Company’s business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.


- Identify key target customers and work closely with them to articulate the benefits and advantages of company services;
- Create and implement successful sales strategies together with partners;
- Enlarge existing partners’ channel by involving new clients;
- Establish and improve relations with leading hardware vendors;
- Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with partners;
- Participate in market analysis to evaluate the current position of the Company in the local market;
- Prepare periodic sales report distributing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion;
- Participate in development of local stock, and effective sales from the stock;
- Communicate proposals, and negotiate pricing with partners;
- Conduct presentations, training webinars and seminars;
- Proceed with partners’ requests;
- Cooperate with Purchasing, Marketing, and Logistics departments.

Required Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Management or Economics; MBA is a strong advantage;
- 2 years of successful sales experience;
- Experience in customer relationship management is an advantage;
- Knowledge and understanding of IT market is an advantage;
- Great command of MS Office and 1C;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Fast learner, able to grasp the information very quickly;
- Vivid networking skills combined with professional communication abilities;
- Confident and highly self-motivated person, with strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment;
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
