Overview
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities
- Create and implement ways to increase sales and prepare reports for it
- Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community
- Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
- Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
- Drive sales through the growth of existing clients
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Management or Economics
- Relevant work experience is a must
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Self motivation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality
- Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
