Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Create and implement ways to increase sales and prepare reports for it
  • Develop new relationships within the commercial construction community
  • Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
  • Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and information
  • Drive sales through the growth of existing clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Management or Economics
  • Relevant work experience is a must
  • Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
  • Self motivation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality
  • Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a project
