Overview

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Work closely with the CEO, COO and other stakeholders to develop and deliver the enterprise customer sales plan
  • Proactively manage enterprise customer acquisition including lead generation, prospecting via various channels, developing proposals, negotiating, closing, account registration and on-boarding
  • Build relationships with healthcare customers
  • Conduct online product demos to customers and convert leads to sales
  • Work closely with product development and operations teams until customers go-live to ensure smooth on-boarding and retention
  • Liaise with the customer service team to ensure timely issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain an up-to-date opportunity pipeline

Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Keep abreast with the industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Conduct research on markets and competitors and update the competitor intelligence database

Product Development

  • Review and recommend improvements to our platform, services and internal tools
  • Collect feedback from customers and translate it into inputs to develop new product features

Lead Generation

  • Conduct research on enterprise customers and healthcare professionals to generate new leads and build new or modify existing datasets

Data Management

  • Ensure customer data in CRM is up-to-date

Marketing

  • Support various marketing activities to drive inbound traffic

Compliance

  • Ensure the business is compliant at all time with legal, data protection and company policies

Quality Audits

  • Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to the Account Registration team to ensure low error rates; support the Account Registration team in meeting their obligations as per the service level agreements

KPIs

  • Achieve, monitor and report daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

Other

  • Support other ad-hoc activities as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, etc
  • Proven experience in selling (sourcing to closing) digital/software products and services, recruitment solutions and/or online marketplace services; experience of selling to healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences organisations is a plus
  • Proven experience in building relationships with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal sales communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to guide junior members of the team
  • Ability to handle data and interpret it
  • Motivated and strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and creative mindset; strong problem-solving skills
  • Result driven, well organised and self-motivated
  • Team player; eager to learn and share knowledge with the team
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and deadlines
