We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for new business sales for Sport Generate’s proprietary Sports division, identifying and generating product sales opportunities from new leads, researching new markets, understanding market requirements and undertaking competitive analysis against our competitors. The focus will be on selling Sport Generate’s Rocket Masters Cup and Cyber Masters brand. This is an exciting time to join Sport Generate, as the in-house Live Sport is being expanded with 6 new table tennis tables launching in early 2024 combined with the ongoing expansion of the in-house Cyber Masters Esports content development.
Role Summary:
– The Sales Manager is responsible for new business sales in the in house developed sports including the Live Sports and ESports vertical across all Sport Generate’s strategic regions
– Based in Armenia reporting to the CEO the sales manager is expected to drive the strategy and ongoing development of new customer accounts with regards to Sport Generate’s proprietary sports products
– They will also partner with the accounts team in development of existing customer accounts as and when required
– The sales manager is also responsible for identifying product sales opportunities as well as converting product placement and preferred supplier sales opportunities within new partners
– Developing a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business, the sales manager will draw upon their sales skills and knowledge to become a trusted advisor to the partner during the sales process
– Armed with sharp commercial discipline the Sales Manager will have strong communication skills, a client friendly manner, be flexible and thrive in challenging and evolving environments

  • Contribute to development of an overall strategic vision for the distribution of Sport Generate’s  Rocket Masters Cup and Cyber Masters products to the igaming market
  • Develop a coherent sales pipeline with specified sales targets aligned with the strategic vision
  • Actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing opportunity reviews, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating and closing
  • Identify, evaluate and execute strategic relationships with new partners
  • Construct and deliver executive presentations RFI and RFP responses with the ability to conduct full negotiations with clients
  • Develop and maintain a coherent international sales plan working with stakeholders in Sport Generate’s different departments and offices
  • Keep informed on how legislative and technological developments affect sales strategy
  • Provide regular reporting on revenue and profitability
  • Assessing and recommending improvements for existing services and products
  • Coordinate with portfolio/scheduling manager and technical implementation team (internal & third party) until the new partner goes live
  • Lead role in creating an effective CRM environment
  • Develop contracting environment in partnership with internal legal counsel
  • Fully understand competitor products and services (including strengths, weaknesses and pricing) in order to pitch Sport Generate, and its products, with a clear competitive advantage
  • Maximise networking opportunities with regular use of conferences, events and special interest blogs/forums
  • Ensure industry and market knowledge is kept up to date and relevant by researching and reading relevant news sources
  • Represent Sport Generate at appropriate industry events in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Work as required to achieve all the above objectives, accepting that out of normal office hours work will be required to fulfil the duties of the Sales Manager
