Overview
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Scrum Master and Team Coach for our agile teams
- Be actively involved in the deployment and continuous optimization of usage of agile methodologies in the development process
- Drive the scrum ceremonies and ensure organizational alignment on Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with other Scrum Masters in the organization both locally and internationally
- Effectively moderate meetings and sessions, identify potential impediments and ensure their removal
- Enable your development teams to plan self-organized Sprints, and to achieve set goals autonomously
- Protect the team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog and project timeline
- Recognize conflicts within and outside the team, assist conflicting parties to solve the issues themselves
- Create a healthy and efficient working atmosphere in a highly demanding professional environment
- Create organizational awareness around products and process, and ensure that teams are properly informed about organizational dynamics
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master to the software projects
- Solid communication and moderation skills
- Practical experience with other agile methodologies: XP, Kanban, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Competitive Engineering, Management 3.0, etc.
- A knack for generating transparency and solving problems above and beyond hierarchical boundaries. A proven track of creating a level of trust that also stretches beyond team boundaries
- Good understanding of IoT Products and associated technologies (cloud, streaming, etc) will be considered as a distinctive advantage
- The ability to adopt an open approach to the colleagues, respect for the opinions of others, and readiness to seek out straightforward solutions
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both spoken and written. English is our official language
- Ability to travel to other sites
