Overview

GRATA International Law Firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Yerevan office.

Responsibilities:


- Consulting clients on legal matters, including drafting memos and legal opinions
- Legal support with reorganization and liquidation of legal entities
- Interactions with state authorities and other organizations
- Promotion and sales of the legal services provided by the firm
- Contract work
- Development and maintenance of the clients’ database
- Court representation for the protection of the interests of the main clients

Required Qualifications:


- Higher education in Law
- At least 5-year experience in consulting in corporate law or on a similar in-house position in a big company
- Excellent knowledge of civil, tax, administrative and corporate law
- Higher level of English and Russian literacy
- Ability to independently prepare documents and carry out registration activities in accordance with the law requirements
- Experience in contract law and claims work
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Existence of the advocate’s license
- Excellent knowledge of procedural law and experience of court representation would be an advantage
