Senior Backend Web Engineer

- Architecturing, writing, debugging web solutions
- Write clean, high performance and scalable code, that follows best practices and design patterns
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems
- Improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ proven experience in web development
- In-depth knowledge of PHP or Python
- In-depth knowledge of MySQL
- Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience with document-oriented databases such as MongoDB is a plus
- Experience with Laravel/WordPress/NodeJS/Linux/Bash is a plus
- Experience configuring CI/CD processes is a plus
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture is a plus
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills are a plus
