Overview
“VOLO LLC” is looking for a “Senior Business Development Manager”.
- Work directly with VOLO Management Board and develop outbound sales opportunities that lead to qualified pitches and conversions of new customers
- Create and manage an opportunity pipeline toward new sales wins
- Identify and attend events, expos, and conferences interesting for qualified leads
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding content and communication strategy
- Report on sales KPIs, identify areas for improvement and proactively implement solutions
- Create quarterly reports (internal) for measuring business development efforts and productivit
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relative Sales roles with at least 2 years in B2B sales (Offshore Software Development Services)
- Higher education. Master’s degree is required
- Team spirit, diversity, and inclusiveness are at the center of your core principles
- Demonstrable understanding of the IT Outsourcing industry, its models, sales cycle, and (European and/or US) markets
- C suite selling experience
- Strong network and understanding of market dynamics within various industries
- Experience in selling into mid-market and large enterprise customers ($300k+), able to identify, navigate and build relationships among buying committees that gain sponsorship to win revenue
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Engage prospects in a consultative selling sales approach
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously during the early stages of the funnel
- Be a brand advocate during all prospect interactions while identifying new opportunities that drive value
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated technical proficiency with virtual communication tools
- Keen understanding of CRMs, B2B tech sales channels, and analytics platforms
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
