Overview

“LIST GROUP” is looking for a “Senior Customer Support Specialist”.

Responsibilities:


- Work at the largest online e-commerce marketplace platform in Armenia, helping List.am scale effectively by handling customer support requests via email
- Direct and manage all activities related to the delivery of effective customer service
- Work closely with all members of the customer support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our existing and potential customers
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and accurate manner
- Champion customer needs internally by providing feedback and communicating customer needs to key stakeholders across the organization in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Help us maintain a high satisfaction rate with our customer
- Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, policies and procedures
- Be willing to grow, develop and learn in a start-up environment

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications or a related discipline
- Work experience in a related field (3+ years of customer service experience desired)
- Knowledge of languages (Armenian, Russian and English)
- Investigative and critical thinking skills
- Leadership skills
- Excellent listening and written communication skills including a strong attention to detail
- Customer service skills that demonstrate a customer-focused philosophy
- Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
