Responsibilities:

  • Consult business leaders in identifying the right learning solutions to solve the specific business/team needs
  • Coordinate leadership development learning programs end-to-end
  • Monitor the training effectiveness through the feedback and evaluation following the sessions
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
  • Promote leadership development learning programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Project/program coordination and organization skills
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods, including the understanding of learning trends and best practices
  • English language level – B2-C1, both written and spoken
