Senior Legal Consultant

- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other documents with customers, suppliers and other business partners to sustain business relations and identify legal risks and implications in contractual relations
- Draft and review the Company’s internal documentation to comply with the legislation
- Research and analyze RA and foreign legislation and judicial practice to track legislative amendments and solve ad hoc legal issues
- Support and legal consulting in the scope of foreign employees' rights and responsibilities in order to organize relocation to Armenia and abroad
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to enhance legal awareness and compliance throughout the company
- Negotiate with state bodies and other third parties to safeguard the Company’s business interests
- Liaise with the Company Departments on legal matters to ensure flawless communication Outline issues during OKR draft and enhance OKR implementation in the scope of position level

- 3+ years of experience as a legal expert (2-3 years of experience as an in-house lawyer)
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
- Excellent knowledge of Civil law (Corporate law and Contract law, Foreign employees related legislation, Employment law, IP law, International Private law)
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
