Senior Legal Counsel

- Consult and handle corporate legal processes
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other documents with customers, suppliers, and other business partners
- Oversee the work of the other members of the Legal Team
- Collaborate with internal business teams and support functions such as Compliance and Risk
- Handle ad hoc assignments
- Work to streamline existing documentation, corporate policies, and precedents
- Assist with producing print-ready documents for review by management
- Provide legal advice and support to legal issues, manage legal processes, litigation, and business transactions
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications
- Represent the Legal team in group wide projects and initiatives.
- Negotiate deals and attend a company meeting

- Master of Laws or Bachelor's degree in Law with strong academic credentials
- 3
- 5 years of experience as a legal counsel in the business environment
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Experience in making general and commercial contracts
- Experience in consumer law will be considered an advantage
- Strong drafting skills
- Close attention to the details
- Strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
