Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing plan including several strategies and tactics aiming to drive company forward, accordingly, attract qualified customer traffic.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution along with outsource creative agencies.
  • Develop and implement different organic and paid acquisition channels (e.g. SMM, various PR campaigns, cooperation with relevant entities, branded events etc… ).
  • Establish KPIs and monitor the efficiency of the abovementioned mechanisms.
  • On the base of the company’s mood and content produce and lead valuable and engaging content for the website, and social media pages, create and lead blogs if relevant.
  • Build and lead strategic partnerships with relevant industry figures for instance various international beverage distributors, popular events, particular platforms and more.
  • Create and approve rational marketing budget on a quarterly/seasonal basis, afterwards, monitor and allocate the funds wisely.
  • Based on the initial marketing plan and overall mood and branding oversee and approve marketing materials from SMM content to website banners and outdoor ads if relevant.
  • Prepare short reports based on initially approved KPIs on a weekly basis aiming to introduce the company’s position to the team.
  • Continually analyze customer behavior, do research or surveys if relevant in order to adjust company’s marketing position effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a senior position in a service industry (hotels, restaurants, entertainment).
  • BS/MS degree in marketing and management, preferably from AUA or UFAR.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with Microsoft excel, and power point.
  • Ability to be creative under pressure and maintain an eye for detail
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must.
