Overview
“Buymie” is looking for a “Senior operations representative”.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage order assignments to delivery-men (Shoppers) when needed
- Actively monitor the compilation of customer orders by Shoppers
- Troubleshoot any occurring problems on the network and provide timely feedback to the relevant departments
- Provide reports to the stakeholders by analyzing day-to-day activities and results to help to improve the overall performance of the department
- Assure effective and accurate communication across the company
- Serve as the first point of contact for Shoppers and Customers
- Respond to shopper requests via email/chat
Required Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in the operational role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with CRM customer service systems is a plus but not a necessity
- Effective communication skills
- Great collaboration ability
- Stress resistant and capable of making decisions under pressure
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a multinational working environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via email or telephone
- Ability to work night hours and weekends
- Knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
