“Buymie” is looking for a “Senior operations representative”.


  • Effectively manage order assignments to delivery-men (Shoppers) when needed
  • Actively monitor the compilation of customer orders by Shoppers
  • Troubleshoot any occurring problems on the network and provide timely feedback to the relevant departments 
  • Provide reports to the stakeholders by analyzing day-to-day activities and results to help to improve the overall performance of the department
  • Assure effective and accurate communication across the company 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Shoppers and Customers
  • Respond to shopper requests via email/chat

Required Qualifications:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in the operational role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience with CRM customer service systems is a plus but not a necessity
  • Effective communication skills
  • Great collaboration ability
  • Stress resistant and capable of making decisions under pressure
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a multinational working environment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to effectively communicate to a wide range of people via email or telephone
  • Ability to work night hours and weekends
  • Knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
