About the Role
As a Sr. PPC Specialist, your role is to develop and manage high-performance Google Ads, paid social, and other programmatic media campaigns that increase online brand visibility and drive targeted site traffic and sales. Vast experience in global paid media is a must.

Responsibilities:


- Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
- Providing recommendations and executing strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with the company’s goals
- Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions
- Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns
- Creating high-performance paid social ads and landing page copy that drives conversions
- Monitoring and adjusting campaigns according to the budget
- Effectively communicate insights and provide routine campaign performance reports
- Stay on top of PPC industry trends and developments
- Creative writing skills with the ability to craft ad copy
- Monitor and administer web, app analytics dashboards, digital marketing reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with goals
- Work closely with the other team members to meet goals

Required Qualifications:


- 4+ years experience in running global Google Ads, Facebook Ads
- Deep understanding of keyword research, campaign creation, optimization, and bidding strategies
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in creating reports
- Proven ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively
- Experience in Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Firebase is a plus
- Experience in Yandex Direct, Bing, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit Ads is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate English level is a must, advanced English level is a plus
