Overview
“SarVia Tech” is looking for a “Senior Sales Specialist”.
- Proactively contact new and existing customer accounts to progress the sales cycle, maintain existing business and expand the business
- Respond and qualify all new leads within 24 hours
- Resolve customer issues quickly by liaising with the various required departments
- Support sales activities with presentations, backup data and quotations as needed
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, order processing and on-time deliveries
- Provide assistance throughout the entire sales process
- Provide regular activity updates to the involved parties
- Identify stakeholders both internally and externally and forge relationships
- Your Key Success Factors
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales or a related field
- High school degree/GED (required)
- Experience in inside sales or customer service
- Experience in account management
- Experience in lead generation
- Experience in B2B Sales
- Working knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with LinkedIn
- Communication and Negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
