Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage  social media strategy for us and our clients
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Strategize online content production and scheduling  
  •  Regularly research new technologies and trends in social media 
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic and effectiveness, then utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes 
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist 
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented  with good multitasking and organizational ability 

Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must
