JoinToHire LLC is looking for a SMM Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Manage social media content
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices and then apply that information
  • Create and implement a social media marketing plan and editorial calendar

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role 
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field (BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations) is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Team Player (ability to work in a team)
