Overview
“ARGE Business LLC” is looking for a “SMM Specialist”.
Responsibilities:
- Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including product development, brand management
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of social media messages
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Collect customer data and analyze interactions and visits, use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Research and monitor activity of company competitors
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Define most important social media KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business or Media
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Understanding of SEO web traffic metrics
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development
- Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian is a must
