Yerevan Mall is searching a bright and active candidate to join its Marketing team as a Social Media Marketing Manager. The position reports directly to the Marketing Director of the Company.


- Responsible for developing and implementing SMM strategy based on Company's mission and general strategy using such techniques in the field as social media, web analytics, e-mail marketing;
- Responsible for generating all social media content which involves working with designers and other marketing project managers to create photo, video and other relevant content; put together various online promotions campaigns to get the Company's message out, as well as perform target consumer research to discover other ways of reaching target customers via the Internet;
- Drive traffic and sales through paid digital marketing channels, manage campaign budgets and track ROI;
- Conduct monthly analysis of ongoing SMM campaigns and report the effectiveness;
- Responsible for Yerevan Mall website’s blog section operation;
- Create, develop, and test new digital growth channels;
- Process media invoicing and manage contract renewals;
- Develop dashboards and pull reports that provide insights into product and marketing channel performance;
- Work across Company to help provide reports, analytics, and insights into other growth initiatives and operational need.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing;
- Experience in marketing of B2B and B2C websites;
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a strong plus;
- Search engine optimization skills is a plus;
- Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization;
- Experience in managing relationships with outside partners and agencies;
- Proven ability to ensure quality, budgets and deadlines are met;
- Extremely goal focused person with a sense of urgency;
- Ability to work effectively at a strategic and operational level with many concurrent, active projects;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, writing and proofing skills, high attention to detail.
