Overview

The job purpose combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

Responsibilities:


- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Regularly research new technologies and trends in social media
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results

Required Qualifications:


- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Social Media Advertising
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Experience in working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Team Player (ability to work in a team)
