Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-sales solutions to client retailers and solve technical problems ranging from data migration sitting in legacy on-premises systems to store configuration on our SAAS platform
  • Guide clients through the necessary configuration and set up of software, taking into account their specific businesses preferences
  • Represent LocalExpress.io technology infrastructure, including demonstrating a deep familiarity with software stacks
  • Work remotely on US hours to successfully and rapidly onboard new customers
  • Act as liaison between the Account Management team and Development teams
  • Interact with all levels of the organization at clients from CTO's to Chief Compliance Officers, Project Managers and IT administrators
  • Be a motivated self-starter, who is comfortable working in a client-driven environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results as a technical implementation specialist, ideally in enterprise software sales and integrations
  • Exemplary verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise hosted services and will work closely with our sales and product teams as well as with our clients
  • Experience with modern enterprise software IT systems
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Ability to work across different time zones
  • Understanding of Domains and Networks
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Some understanding of SQL, Json, API
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
