Overview
- Oversee recruitment process and actively innovative creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Host in-house recruitment events
- Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Organize learning and development programs
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Lead the Human Resource team and function in developing and implementing HR strategies to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture
- Manage employee life-cycle, from onboarding, to employee engagement, to queries, grievance redressal,
- Counsel/assist departments and managers on staff training and development, job assignments, performance appraisals,
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Manage all organizational learning and development activities including staff and other committees.
- Other tasks in relation to functions of Human Resources
• Bachelor's or a higher degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or the equivalent
• At least 5 years of recent experience in an HR Manager or higher HR-related role
• Extensive experience in all facets of HR - Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Learning and Development and Office Management
• Requires knowledge of related labor laws and employment laws affecting the workplace
• Strong organizational, problem solving and oral and written communications skills
• Data-driven and experienced in both strategic and tactical HR management
• Must have a strong work ethic and high level of maturity
