Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market assessment and update suppliers’ lists,
  • Check accuracy of provided specifications without going into technical details,
  • Prepare tender papers and announce tenders on respective platforms,
  • Prepare bid analysis for Supply Chain Coordinator, Supply Chain Advisor or committee approval,
  • Prepare purchase orders from selected suppliers,
  • Prepare contracts,
  • Communication with internal stakeholders and potential and selected suppliers,
  • Database maintenance and accurate tracking of completed tasks and procurements in the pipeline,
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education, Master’s Degree is a plus,
  • 4+ years’ experience in Finance, Banking or Procurement,
  • Experience in international organization is a plus,
  • Being MS Office savvy,
  • Advanced negotiation and analytical skills,
  • Advanced communication skills,
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English, knowledge of Russian is a plus,
  • State Procurement License is a plus.
