• Provide solutions to technical challenges
  • Lead various maintenance and innovation-based projects
  • System configuration and management tools 
  • Develop scalable and resilient systems and processes
  • Design, deploy and manage a variety of systems and platforms in an enterprise environment
  • Participate in security, compliance, vulnerability, 
  • Remediate system vulnerabilities
  • Develop and configure monitoring tools e.g. Nagios, SolarWinds etc.
  • Develop backup and recovery solutions
  • Utilize best practices such as setting specific requirements, milestones, evaluate vendors, and proving vendor claims via proof of concepts
  • Guide the improvement of both systems and processes
  • Document processes, procedures, and systems configurations
  • Act as an escalation point for the Help Desk team
