Hey there 🙂 We’re looking to enrich our HR department here at Globbing so we’re looking for a result-oriented and self-driven Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates both locally and internationally
  • Attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
  • Creating job ads and reach out to candidates proactively
  • Organizing and optimizing the recruitment procedures to achieve the best results
  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and negotiating offers
  • Conducting reference checks by verifying employment information
  • Conducting full-cycle recruitment, executive search and headhunting (junior, middle and C-level roles)
  • Managing interview schedules and providing hiring managers with regular vacancy updates and information about candidates
  • Providing candidates with feedback, preparing and sending offer packages or rejection letters

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, Zoom)
  • Successful track of closing junior, middle and top-level vacancies
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
