- You'll be responsible for end to end hiring
- Develop, maintain, and execute talent acquisition strategies and act as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring teams
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- You’ll bring innovative ideas to influence Simply Technologies Talent Acquisition strategy
- Be a brand ambassador, participate/initiate several events to promote the company’s employer brand, and build a strong relationship with candidates
- Deliver top-notch candidate journey experience
- Develop and maintain a relevant network of talent across different tech areas
- Generate and maintain data and hiring metrics
- Working as a team
- you will actively participate in team-wide knowledge sharing of best practices
- Participate in other initiatives of the HR team

Required Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role
- Experience in IT recruitment will be a great advantage
- Good understanding of the tech talent market
- Broad understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, verbal, and negotiation skills
- Strong English skills
- Understanding the importance of data in recruitment and the ability to create and maintain clear records
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Detail-oriented, people-centric, and positive personality
- Ability to think beyond talent acquisition to contribute to the broader people experience
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
