Overview

AeroDynamics is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our HR team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process.

Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement sourcing strategies with the HR team
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, Boolean searches, social media and advanced sourcing techniques
- Craft and send out recruiting InMails and messages
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Provide consultative guidance on market insights, competitor intelligence, and market demographics
- Measure conversion rates and communicate results with the HR team
- Actively track, manage, and report on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, General Business or a related field
- Proven work experience in research, market mapping and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Armenian
