Overview
We are looking for an objective and experienced Tax Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of tax returns and financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Review and analyze tax records, accounting systems, and internal controls
- Identify areas of risk, non-compliance, and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and current auditing practices
- Support the development of tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities
- Provide recommendations for tax-saving opportunities and strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Tax Specialist or similar role, with a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Knowledge of Armenian Software, E-invoicing, and other related accounting software
- Excellent knowledge of the tax and labor code of RA
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
