Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for a global audience
  • Developing and maintaining assigned documents from work conception through review to delivery
  • Researching and identifying new definitions, usage, and spelling
  • Proofreading and identifying new term definitions, usage, and spelling
  • Reviewing and updating product documentation
  • Obtaining necessary information from available documents and subject matter experts and keeping the internal and external documentation updated
  • Providing support to customers in case-specific content
  • Participating in developing processes and standards and contributing to knowledge-based articles

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. In particular, the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly, concisely, and accurately at an appropriate level for the target audience
  • Knowledge of Windows and/ or macOS and Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of documentation and online help creation
  • Proven Experience in topic-oriented writing and structured authoring
  • Experience with the process of localizing documentation
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing and changing team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment is a plus.
