- Provide full-cycle recruiting support for technical positions;
- Source and attract active and passive candidates from various sources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events etc.;
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and negotiate offers;
- Maintain a pipeline of new candidates necessary for ongoing and new project needs;
- Constantly create and update the reserve pool of candidates;
- Maintain the Recruitment module in company’s internal HRMS.
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably in IT company);
- Experience in sourcing and networking of candidates;
- Outstanding analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Be proactive and enjoy taking the initiative;
- Fluent English language skills.
