• Provide full-cycle recruiting support for technical positions;
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates from various sources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events etc.;
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and negotiate offers;
  • Maintain a pipeline of new candidates necessary for ongoing and new project needs;
  • Constantly create and update the reserve pool of candidates;
  • Maintain the Recruitment module in company’s internal HRMS. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably in IT company); 
  • Experience in sourcing and networking of candidates;
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Be proactive and enjoy taking the initiative;
  • Fluent English language skills.
