Ogma Inc., is looking for a qualified, serious and hardworking Technical Support Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining digital signage networks and solving any problems that may occur with them.


What you will be doing:

  • Installing, configuring and administering network technologies, h/w and s/w application services
  • Providing technical support
  • Installing all the network hardware and software and implementing needed upgrades and repairs
  • Collecting data in order to evaluate network and system performance as well as contributing to the better and faster performance of the system
  • Working with US based customers to provide product and service information and resolve any issues related to them
  • Resolving customer complaints via phone, e-mail and social media
  • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service related inquiries
  • Suggesting information about products and services
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and company

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding network technologies
  • Basic knowledge of TCP and UDP communication protocols
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt web applications
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with people in conflict situations and stressful environments
  • Willingness and ability to search and understand documentation
  • Willingness to work independently or as a part of a larger team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
