Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests promptly at scheduled tour times
- Outline the tour and timeline before beginning
- Clearly and articulately provide information to guests in an engaging manner
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our facility
- Remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic in any situation
- Keep the tour moving on schedule while still being considerate to guests
- Organize and lead tour tastings
Required Qualifications:
- Great public speaking skills
- Outgoing personality
- Punctual
- Fluent in English, Armenian, Russian
- Enthusiastic and informative way of speaking
- Passion for learning
