• Contribution to Trade Marketing strategy via high level of data analysis and market insights sharing, understanding market trends by segment and channel, competition and retail activities; 

  • Ensuring high efficiency of Investments to Trade via Channel/Customer (KA) Level P&L elaboration and monthly update, with focus on Key Accounts;   

  • Leading in retail census planning, briefing & implementation: develop questionnaire with Trade Channels Team and Field Force Management, develop guidelines for Field Force, supervise the process of census, assure the collected information is in database on time and control the quality of information provided;  

  • Managing trade contracting & compliance process based on established segmentation & procedures ensuring pay for performance principle implementation; set-up full control on document flow with regular reporting on performance and budget control; 

  • Acting as a SPOC for any program/activation coverage request, provide proper address programs to Trade & Consumer activation, Digital and merchandising function. Provide insights on coverage effectiveness and improvement capabilities; 

  • Raising understanding of Trade Channels Strategy and ensure high quality of alignment with Sales Manager in the market; elaborate good relationships with local Sales Team for ensuring execution excellence; 

  • Development of business understanding and regular monitoring of JTI performance: company sales, share of market, pricing, brands / segments, regulatory restrictions via close cooperation with Strategic Insight and Portfolio functions; provide insights on improvement relate to Trade Channel strategy;  

  • Expertise development on all stages of RTM cycle, knows distributor's work scheme (eg product availability, frequency of visits, coverage, payment terms, logistics of deliveries).

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade and/or Consumer Marketing 

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Marketing and Sales processes in FMCG, understanding of Trade Channels standards and approaches;  

  • High level of analytical skills, including experience in work with broad scale of data; 

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in Excel is a must. Experience with BI would be an advantage; 

  • Data visualization skills, able to find best possible fit to data & make it clear to all stakeholders; 

  • Fluent Armenian, English & Russian knowledge  

  • University degree, preferably in Marketing/Economics/Mathematics or Finance.

  • Organized & responsible person with time management and coordination skills; 

  • Quick learner, who is able to communicate on different levels and work in team.
