• Work on rotational shifts reviewing content that might potentially violate our community guidelines;
  • Respond to reports quickly; 
  • Make content related decisions based on internal guidelines;
  • Provide feedback on process improvements; 
  • Attend team meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions;
  • Work on extra tasks to help out the larger team if needed - these can include investigating accounts or emerging issues; 
  • Work on improving/training our in-house artificial intelligence models to detect inappropriate content.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Google Suite/Drive;
  • Demonstrate sound judgement and consistency in decision making; 
  • Ability to work on rotational day, evening and night shifts;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work with sensitive/graphic content; 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding the work and the cases that come across as they can be of very sensitive nature;
  • Be transparent and tolerant;
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on extra emergent tasks if needed;
  • Strong team player and good communication skills;
  • Strong English language skills - comprehension, speaking and writing.
