Overview

On behalf of one of our partner companies, Technamin is looking for a Turkish Speaking Customer Support Specialist. They will interact with the business customers by responding to questions and resolving issues, thereby providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product and service.

Responsibilities:


- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Building strong and effective relationships with customers through ongoing communication
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Investigating and following up queries using all information, systems, or work tools available
- Resolving customer problems fairly and effectively seeking to improve the customer experience through continuous improvement
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing translations when needed
- Performing other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:


- University degree
- Strong command of written and spoken Turkish
- Good knowledge of English is a plus
- Experience working with customer support is a plus
- Great organization, planning, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
- Full Computer literacy
- Ability to work in flexible and mixed shifts
