Required candidate level: Senior


- Edit and create short and long-form video content utilizing original footage, stock footage, and in-house graphics
- Conceptualize and pitch videos to the marketing team. Collaborate with the writers and the marketing team to optimize creatives. Edit engaging short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Analyze direct marketing trends and implement them in all the videos
- Help craft brand-focused storytelling and elevate aesthetic across all video content in videos of varying lengths both in the edit and on set
- Apply brand guidelines to all videos and introduce new ideas as necessary
- Compile and condense user generated assets into engaging video content
- Help manage the publishing process to ensure content is optimized across multiple platforms

Required Qualifications:

- Good sense of composition and aesthetic decision
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Premiere experience required, Proficiency with After Effects and with Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator experience a plus
- Basic knowledge on media encoding and publishing
- Experience working with Mac and/or PC computers
- Excited to work with a cross-functional team to meet goals that help the continued growth of our business
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Story-producing and development, a plus
- Has a desire to solve problems, openness to giving and receiving feedback and a hunger to always be improving
- Digital Strategy and Audience Development experience, a major plus
