Responsibilities:

YOUR TEAM 

You will be joining the SMART Operations team (by a Service provision contract) and will work under the leadership of COAF SMART Deputy Business & Operations manager.

YOU WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS 

  • Meet the visitors, head them to the tables and introduce the menu
  • Provide detailed information about the menu and help the guests to choose meals (If needed)
  • Check the available dishes from the kitchen every day before starting the working day
  • Take the orders, ensure timely and accurate delivery of the ordered meals 
  • Make sure the order is correct before serving the guests and in case of any mistake, solve the issue immediately
  • Keep the tables tidy and clean before the guests’ arrival, during the treatment and clean up the table after their departure
  • Provide and take the bills
  • Support the staff and be a real part of the team
  • Work diligently and do the best to achieve the highest level in customer service

Required Qualifications:

YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Work experience in related field is a privilege
  • Basic knowledge of English and Russian 
  • Listening, quick reacting, problem solving and strong communication skills 
  • Patient, smiling and gentle with a positive attitude
  • Well informed about the menu, ability to present the dishes in a perfect way
  • Well organized, flexible and multitasking
  • Good team member
  • Flexible to work by different shifts
  • Well aware of the food and beverage-related sanitary-hygiene rules, as well as the health and personal hygiene rules
