- Conduct comparative analysis and reporting
- Participate in business plan development
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modelling tools
- Analyze current and past trends in KPIs
- Perform market research
- Manage Fund transfer pricing
- Conduct direct macroeconomic data research and analyses
- Analyze operational and financial performance of investment projects
- Optimize processes and suggest IT solutions
- Gather and analyze data needed to run financial models
- Prepare presentations to Senior Management Team and Board of Directors
- Higher education in Economics or Finance
- At least 3 years of work experience, from which at least 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst at a bank or in other financial institutions
- International qualification will be a plus (ACCA, CFA, etc.)
- Impeccable understanding of financial statements, ratios, and concepts
- A well-developed understanding of financial modelling techniques
- Deep knowledge of MS Office and Power BI
- Knowledge of Python, SQL will be a plus
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mind and decision-making skills
