Product Manager / Project Manager

• Lead the product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Drive product innovation and differentiation, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and growth
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and market gaps
• Communicate product plans, status updates, and performance metrics to internal teams and key stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products or services
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies
