Legal Counsel

• Consult and manage corporate legal processes
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other documents with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Handle ad hoc assignments
• Assist in producing print-ready documents for review by management
• Provide legal advice and support on legal issues, managing legal processes, litigation, and business transactions
• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications
• Liaise with external legal counsel and/or specialists
• Negotiate deals and attend company meetings

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Master’s degree in Law will be considered an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience as a legal counsel in a business environment
• Proficiency in Armenian and English languages is required
• Experience in drafting general and commercial contracts
• Experience working at an international organization will be considered an advantage
• Experience in consumer law will be considered an advantage
• Strong drafting skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
