Overview

The Alexander Yerevan Hotel is looking for a Cost Controller.

Responsibilities:
  • Compare details of quantities, unit costs, etc., on regular purchase orders to those on authorized purchase requests
  • Verify the accuracy of recipes for the outlets and kitchens for the purpose of inventory control and potential costing
  • Establish and maintain a cost allocation transfer system for food and beverage supplies to the various departments
  • Summarize these transactions for each financial period close
  • Spot check periodically internal purchase orders for Food & Beverage items against their appropriate market lists.
  • Audit inventory transactions and make adjustments when necessary
  • Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Accounting or relevant major
  • At least 2 years work experience as an Accountant or relevant position
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of 1c Accounting Software preffered
