“Cinemastar Company” LLC is looking for a Executive Assistant to CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Оrganizes office day-to-day activities
  • Receives and prioritizes tasks assigned by the CEO
  • Acts as the point of contact among executives, partners, and other local and international partners
  • Manages the CEO's day-to-day operational and administrative activities by establishing a schedule and overseeing its execution
  • Additionally, the Executive Assistant oversees the CEO's calendar
  • Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manages correspondence: letters, faxes, memorandums, records of phone conversations, and requests for information
  • Manages the office filing system
  • Organizes seminars, meetings, workshops, and events, including those on a non-local scale
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Hospitality & Tourism, or a related field
  • Up to 3 years of work experience in assistant manager or assistant director roles
  • Experience in a multinational environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in using office software, particularly the MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
  • At least intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English, and Russian
  • Proficiency in Russian would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize tasks in demanding situations
  • Ability to analyze and summarize information into reports
  • Proactive approach to decision-making
  • Resourceful team player
  • Discretion and confidentiality
