Senior QA Engineer, Web

• Plan, schedule and perform manual and automated tests
• Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities
• Follow up on issues reported by users
• Prepare test result analysis and reporting
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Communicate efficiently and professionally with the development team
• Take full ownership of your work and responsibility for every detail, every step of the way
• Execute features/projects from start to end
• Use all available resources to assess the problem and to identify the best solution

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Solid knowledge of the QA techniques, testing concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Strong experience and understanding of testing methods of desktop apps on Windows and/or MacOS
• Work experience on team-driven or task-oriented projects
• Knowledge of industry trends and our infrastructure
• Understanding the security, performance, availability, and scalability implications while implementing features
• Engineering mindset
• System administration skills are a big plus
• Experience with test automation is a big plus
• Experience with audio is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate and research multiple sources
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams
