Grant Thornton Armenia is looking for a Junior Accounting Adviser.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Clients’ accounting data and input into the accounting software
  • Maintain accounting in regard to non-current assets, inventories and liabilities
  • Make different payments in timely manner by online banking system
  • Prepare regular management reports on analyses of revenues, debtors, creditors, costs, etc.
  • Manage Clients’ bank accounts
  • Handle daily communication with Clients
  • Receive the business trip expense reports from Clients’ staff members, check and make sure they are compiled correctly
  • Prepare the tax returns and statistical reports for Clients, as well as other reports required by different state authorities
  • Other duties or tasks related to the Clients’ accounting instructed by the senior staff
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or Economics
  • CAAA (Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia) student or ACCA student will be a plus
  • At least 1 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of IFRS and Tax code of RA
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Armenian software), spreadsheet and word processing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills
  • Focused and detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, English
  • Professional appearance, ethics and behavior
