Telcell is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the working process of the system, inform the relevant departments if problems are detected
  • Processing of incoming applications, and prioritization
  • Check/consider requests from partner operators in a short period of time
  • Organization and control of system failure and accident elimination works
  • Follow the process of solving problems presented by subscribers
  • Accident classification and analysis
  • Compile and submit reports to the head of department, upon request
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in IT or finance
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Technical skills (computer knowledge, ability to quickly learn new programs)
  • Software knowledge of mobile devices
  • Fluent knowledge of Armenian and Russian, knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Punctuality and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in stressful situations and quickly orientate
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
