Overview
Pogos Software Consulting is looking for a Business Development Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Research, collect, and manage lead generation process
- Identify lead sources and lead extraction strategies
- Conduct customer research and contact prospects to qualify leads
- Direct emails and follow-up on leads and setup appointments
- Collaboratively work with the manager to develop lead generation strategies
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
- Develop a knowledge of the company’s services to facilitate the sales process
- Manage all prospects/leads information in CRM database accurately
- Provide support on marketing initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with research and maintaining databases
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Goal-oriented, self-starting, and capable of working independently
- Remain positive and flexible with shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Previous experience working with CRM is a plus
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
