Pogos Software Consulting is looking for a Business Development Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Research, collect, and manage lead generation process
  • Identify lead sources and lead extraction strategies
  • Conduct customer research and contact prospects to qualify leads
  • Direct emails and follow-up on leads and setup appointments
  • Collaboratively work with the manager to develop lead generation strategies
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Develop a knowledge of the company’s services to facilitate the sales process
  • Manage all prospects/leads information in CRM database accurately
  • Provide support on marketing initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Goal-oriented, self-starting, and capable of working independently
  • Remain positive and flexible with shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Previous experience working with CRM is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
