Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Sales Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Greets customers and makes them feel comfortable
- Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases
- Provides NFT recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
- Introduces promotions and new products to customers
- Operates cash register and handles cash payments and credit card processing
- Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales
Required Qualifications:
- Friendly and strong commitment to customer service
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the NFT
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the NFT ecosystem is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Detailed and customer service oriented
- Knowledge of English, Armenian, and Russian is essential
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office
