AffPapa is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the iGaming industry
  • Develop and execute strategic plans with the team to achieve sales targets and expand AffPapa's market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, operators, and other strategic partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and offerings for clients
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating AffPapa's value proposition
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients via video calls, email correspondence, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Track and report on sales performance using a dedicated CRM system, providing regular updates to management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral, is essential for effective communication
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing, performance-based advertising, and online gaming trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmen
